Abstract:

The article presents management system elements in their interdependence and relationship. It describes management functions which are closely related to its structure and methods. By analyzing these relationships, the author proposes a scheme of modeling the management system, which reduces to a sequence of works on design of a new system or reconstruction of the existing one.
