Abstract:

The article examines the financial support for the development of the social sphere in Azerbaijan Republic. The author notes a significant increase in budgetary allocations directed to the development of the system of social protection, education, health and culture during the recent years. He identifies problems related to financing the social sphere and suggests the ways to solve them.
