Abstract:

The article identifies the place of regional purpose-oriented programs in the system of program and target forecasting and outlines the main principles for building and developing regional programs and projects. A particular attention is paid to matching the level of regional purpose-oriented programs with the development level of the region and the effectiveness of the program and target method, etc.
