Abstract:

The article presents a detailed scheme of a flexible enterprise management methodology which includes content orientation, qualitative and quantitative characteristics based on theoretical studies. The author proves the expediency of dialectical, system, analytical, situational, process, functional and reflective approaches to create flexible enterprise management system.
