Abstract:
The relationship between the company and stakeholders is not an easy question. After all, the company’s goals and the ones of the subjects, in one way or another connected with it in the market conditions do not always coincide. Studying the issue in terms of the firm’s resource dependence concept and the convergent theory by A. Friedman and S. Miles, the author concludes that building relationships with stakeholders based on mutual trust and cooperation not only creates a positive moral climate of doing business, but becomes a competitive advantage.
