Abstract:

Сrises of different sorts occur in any commercial organizations. Their causes and symptoms can be found in any sphere of the company’s extension, but the theory of crisis management focuses on the insolvency diagnostics. The author analyzes the existing principles of crisis forecasting and draws a conclusion about the need for their development by adding principles of a comprehensive review of the organization’s key areas and some others.
