Abstract:

The methodology of scenario planning is extremely practical: to many major corporations, industries, regions, it yields results that can gauge the impact of strategic decisions in the sphere of economy, finance, environment, social services, develop long-term investment strategies and plans, to adequately assess the existing and emerging risks. The relevance of the scenario methodology is confirmed by the increasing globalization, the need to develop long-term strategy for the development of complex socio-economic systems. It should be noted that the methodology is virtually not represented in full, not only in Russia's high school, but also in the MBA and EMBA courses, read in our country.
