The country's economic development is impossible without development of regions. The high potential of the Far Eastern Federal District is not fully utilized due to the low level of the infrastructure development, the migration outflow of the population and the shortage of manpower. The main factor in increasing the employment level and reducing unemployment is the development of public and business partnership and implementation of an active employment policy, aimed at creating new jobs.
