Abstract:

The article discusses possible mechanisms of stirring up activity of small instrument making businesses in order to solve the most urgent problems of the economic development at the present stage. The author estimates the feasibility of the selected mechanisms taking into account the features of small businesses in general and instrument-making ones in particular
