Abstract:

The article deals with the problems of development and functioning of unitary enterprises in the light of the current trend to eliminate them. The author is critical of the continuous sale of shares of unitary enterprises, as well as the widespread shift to public corporations. He points out the positive aspects of unitary enterprises.
