Abstract:

The article presents a study on managerial decision-making under conditions of a high uncertainty and lack of similar problems in the past. The author suggests using the method of automated expert estimations. The method involves the use of external expert judgments on the issue the manager is interested in, with the subsequent processing of the data in an automated mode.
