Abstract:

The authors identify the problems of developing a system of efficiency indicators for investments into re-equipment of a scientific and production enterprise, reveal the investment targets for investments in re-equipment and suggest methods of assessing the validity of projects realization at the preliminary stage of their efficiency analysis on the basis of qualitative and quantitative criteria.
