Abstract:

The article examines the problems of financing enterprises of military and industrial complex in the conditions of the federal budget deficit. The author identifies the reasons causing the need for the defense reserve in the Reserve Fund. He suggests the limit of the defense reserve to finance the deficit of the defense budget.
