Abstract:

The article shows the importance of a systematic approach to risk mana gement at enterprises of trade and export activities in the Russian oil and gas industry. The author defines strategic objectives for exporting enterprises which are systemic factors that allow separating trade and export activities as a system and identify in its structure. She gives actual examples of the influence of external factors on the export of hydrocarbons in the light of events of the first three months of 2011.
