Abstract:

The article presents arguments for the need to align interests of business and government in the optimization of financial flows when overcoming the crisis. The author shows the instruments of this conformity and the complexity of their use. A particular emphasis is placed on the development of science and advanced technology as well business involvement in their financing. The author suggests methods of financial flows optimization.
