Abstract:

The article describes the features of interaction of Russian big business, including oligopolistic companies, with the authorities. The interests of these parties do not always coincide, but the representatives of big business are certainly the best players of the national economy. The author cites the positive example of the United States, which succeeded in achieving a close conformity between the objectives of corporations and the society. She examines the actual interaction problems of the Russian state with its oligopolies.
