Abstract:

The article examines restructuring of construction and investment businesses as a way of their innovative development. According to the author, it should be carried out in three areas: restructuring of the business (industrial and technological restructuring), restructuring of assets (financial and economic restructuring) and restructuring of management (organizational and management restructuring). The author reveals the issues that are solved through restructuring, and shares the experience of its implementation in practice.
