Abstract:

The article deals with the development of scientific views on the problems of forming financial strategies of Russian regions. The work justifies the author's point of view on the structural features of financial planning in the regions of the Russian Federation. The author suggests a comprehensive problem characterization of strategic financial planning for regional development.
