Abstract:

The article considers the problem of motivating and encouraging employees in high-tech industries. The authors conducted a study of the assembly shop at a high-tech enterprise of the aerospace industry by testing and questioning; they identified factors affecting the incentive tools to motivate employees. Based on this research they created an appropriate model.
