Abstract:

The article deals with an economic feasibility study technique for restructuring at a machine-building enterprise using business cost as a criterion for the restructuring efficiency. When assessing the cost, the following is considered: the specificity of the restructured enterprise, the emerging synergy effect as well as the risks of doing business.
