Abstract:

Enterprise’s project activity today is an innovation and investment methodology recognized in all developed countries. During implementation of such projects there is a need for specialists of a new profile, so-called project managers. According to the author, a class of such highly skilled professionals is being formed automatically when the share of non-standard (innovation) activities prevails over routine work. In this context, the author believes that the criterion of the project development efficiency may become the degree of increase in the intellectual capital of the society, which appears as a result of the project realization and is manifested as an increase in the expertise, knowledge and skills of employees.
