Abstract:

The article examines the current state of the Russian economy, identifies causes of the backlog from other countries and suggests solutions to enhance the development through creating a favorable innovation and investment climate. The authors consider new ways of economic development through the implementation of large-scale innovative projects on the Internet and provide examples of successful venture capital projects that were implemented with the assistance of major venture capital funds.
