Abstract:

The article suggests a system of indicators to measure the entrepreneurial potential of a higher educational institution. It woks out a systematic method of estimating the value of university’s entrepreneurial potential and the level of its realization by means of integral index. The authors assess the entrepreneurial potential by the example of PEI HVE Institute of Technology and Business, Nakhodka in 2007-2009.
