Abstract:

Current geopolitical development is characterized by interdependence of countries and regions from each other. Developing a network of relationships and interactions has led to the emergence and development of such processes, increasing the overall efficiency of clustering and outsourcing. The purpose of this article – to show their inner connection with the existing external difference.
