Abstract:

This article analyzes the dynamic development of the Russian society, which has market-based as well as administrative and command issues affecting the formation of human consciousness. According to the author, to preserve the cultural heritage within the dynamics of information society it is necessary to combine these two development directions, along with the policy of state protectionism.
