Abstract:

In article the analysis of the innovative-investment activity of the enterprises of an oil and gas complex is carried out. Author's definition is made of concept «to an innovation in an oil and gas complex». Problems which complicate the further sustainable development of an oil and gas complex are systematised. By results of the analysis the basic characteristics of is innovative-investment activity of the domestic companies of an oil and gas complex are formulated.
