Abstract:

The article examines theoretical foundations of forming the image of a development project. The author traces the relationship between the marketing attraction of the development object, its reputation and image. He analyzes the process of forming perceptions about the object of development, which is important for its promotion, especially now, when the development market is gradually recovering after the crisis.
