The author of the article shares the results of a survey conducted by him in the Tula Region among the citizens who lost their jobs and signed up in the labor market. He analyzes the situation from different perspectives: 1) availability of education and opportunity to get an additional one 2) sphere of employee activities, ownership and scope of organization where they worked before retiring, and 3) whether the dismissal violated their labor rights. The author comes to a disappointing conclusion that because of funds shortage, many employers are saving primarily on their own employees. Read more in the article.
