Abstract:

The purpose of this study is to analyze the sensitivity of the physical volume of imports of foreign goods to non-tariff measures of regulating the foreign trade to the Russian Federation in the pre-crisis period of 1997-2007. Conducting such a study will allow estimating the impact of the introduced non-tariff restrictions on the volume of imports to the Russian Federation.
