Abstract:

The system of corporate relationships in the financial sector is a new and poorly studied phenomenon that is developing rapidly today all over the world. The article presents the author’s research of corporate relations in the banking sector, determines their place in the bank management system and suggests some approaches to the system stabilization. The study is based on the analysis of the Russian banking system and foreign practice of banking corporations.
