Abstract:

The article considers the problems of small business development and conditions for its effective development in developing countries and in contemporary Russia, in particular. The author analyzes the causes of insufficient development rates of small enterprises in the Russian Federation and shows the stadium differences in approaches to small business policies in developed and developing countries.
