Abstract:

The author examines the contradictory relationship of the real and financial sectors of the economy and preferences of investors in the different phases of the economic cycle. In her view, creation of an international financial center will attract investment resources into the real economy, improve competitiveness of Russia and bring it into the position of the world center for attracting capital.
