Abstract:
The author proves the conclusion that the use of outsourcing at Russian industrial enterprises is caused by the necessity to resolve inter-group organizational conflict by changing its internal and external organizational environment in order to develop its core (basic) competencies, increase its competitiveness and provide sustainability of the enterprise.
