Abstract:

The article gives a methodology to evaluate the efficiency of resource provision of innovative economic development in a region. It is based on the use of a multiplier, which implies the existence of relationships between quantitative changes in innovative resources and the total innovative product. Practical application of this technique will allow making informed management decisions on the issues of resource provision of innovative development of region's economy.
