Abstract:

The article suggests a model of support of university activities, which assumes that the endowment fund is one of the most important means of sustainable increase in the higher educational institution’s budget and an emergency reserve fund used in critical situations. The university budget is increased by payments from the endowment fund, educational crediting, fundraising project activities and other forms of extra-budgetary activities of the institution, as well as through the state order for training of specialists.
