Abstract:

The article considers the problem of evaluating effectiveness of integration projects for forestry enterprises in Russia. The author proposes to assess the impact of such mergers on the basis of the synergistic increment of companies’ value, which appears when merging the companies. The author defines and describes the objects of synergy, ranked by the degree of influence on the value of the consolidated business.
