Abstract:

The The article suggests principles of forming the structure of Innovation Management as a subject and implementing sustainable business development in the modern economy. Innovation management is examined in the context of improving enterprise’s competitiveness and market value. The author outlines the main approaches to innovation management, realized when a study manual “Innovation Management” was written by V.V. Baranov and A.V. Zaitsev.
