Abstract:

The article highlights the problems of developing analytical tools for effective restructuring industrial complexes of state corporations based on organizational and managerial, organizational and technological as well as financial audit. The authors examine the major shortcomings of state corporations, caused by their organizational and legal status; and they formulate scientifically based recommendations for solving the existing problems.
