Abstract:

Extraordinary operating conditions require custom solutions for its organization. Two opposite approaches to the modeling of organizations are building hierarchies and networking. Both approaches have their advantages and disadvantages. As a compromise structure proposed construction of "Tensegrity" organizations, borrowing both means of constructing hierarchies and networks.
