Abstract:

The article discusses various solutions to the problems of youth employment in the domestic labor market in the transition period. The author identifies the main causes of the problems and analyzes their regional characteristics. The author believes that an important role in solving the problems of youth employment should be played by the public employment service, designed to provide vocational guidance to the younger generation and ensure that young people receive a complete training.
