Abstract:

Planning and effective utilization of material resources is a key activity of the enterprise. The article examines forms of material resources management and reasons for breaking supply contracts. In order to improve the organization and planning of material resources controlling methodology is suggested. The authors describe a self-developed integrated model of controlling system as a mechanism for the efficient organization of the current planning of material resources.
