Abstract:

The article formulates an important principle of strategic planning in modern organizations: strategy and strategic plan development should be based on analysis of possible scenarios of business environment development. Based on the analysis of weaknesses of scenario method the author suggests the ways to improve the efficiency of its application in organizations.
