Abstract:

The authors suggest that the formation of legislation base in the sphere of regional informatization is one of the defining conditions to ensure effective management of this area. Based on the analysis of several publications, some of the documents governing the processes of informatization in Russia, we formulate the need for new, different from traditional, models of governance.
