Currently, many companies lack working assets. The literature mentions several ways to solve the problem. Typically, temporary solutions are offered, without considering the reasons of the particular situation and the consequences of the action taken (a traditional way is to attract a third -party capital). The article shows the importance of a comprehensive analysis of the enterprise, especially of the areas that indirectly affect the production cost. The author gives recommendations on how to quickly and effectively solve the problem without any external assistance.
