Abstract:

REPO operations are one of the financial market instruments, which have become widely spread in both international and Russian practice. Currently, this tool is developing dynamically: the number of participants and the volume of transactions are growing, the legal base and technology of REPO operations are improving. However, the risks and management methods of REPO operations are assessed ambiguously by the market participants and therefore require a detailed consideration.
