Abstract:

Opportunities to attract investments in the country primarily depend on the conditions created for investors, i.e. investment climate. The article describes approaches to defining investment climate and reveals its characteristic features. The author examines basic mathematical methods that underlie the calculation of the integral indicator of investment climate and draws a conclusion about their advantages and disadvantages.
