Abstract:

At present the state policy involves the improvement of the quality of public services in all sectors of the economy. The Republic of Tatarstan is actively trying to enhance the quality of public services. Currently, the focus has shifted to the housing market. The authors give a critical evaluation of the actions taken and propose their own approaches to solving the existing problems.
