Abstract:

All service providers are interested in rendering quality services. It is the quality of service that allows them retaining customers and remaining competitive in the market. But how to assess the quality of transaction services? The article proposes to do with the position and expectations of the service taker and to compare the set and quality of own services with the sets and the quality of services offered by their competitors. The article also analyzes the impact of monopolization on the quality of service.
