Abstract:

The article provides an overview of opinions of Russian and foreign authors on the current state of governance in Russia, a study of its dynamics under the development of new economic, political, administrative and other mechanisms, instruments and procedures, the rapid spread of information and communication technologies and the growing popularity of electronic government issues.
