Abstract:

The article discusses the problem of accelerating the development of scientific and industrial complexes as the main structural elements of the innovative sectors of the economy of Russia in conditions of limited public funding. It is shown that the possibility of using internal resources and capabilities of synergistic interactions of companies in scientific and industrial complex increases the feasibility of managing the development of NPC, based on a system-synergetic approach.
